Statement of Faith

BlueWing Baptist Church is an independent, fundamental, King James Bible believing Baptist church.  We adhere to the following:

​

  • Salvation by grace through faith in Jesus and Him alone (Ephesians 2:8,9).
     

  • The AV King James Bible is the perfect and preserved word of God and is our final authority in all manners of faith and practice (Ecclesiastes 8:4; Psalms 12:6-7).
     

  • The virgin birth and deity of Jesus Christ (Isaiah 7:14; John 1:1-3).
     

  • The premillennial return of Jesus Christ for his church (Revelation 4:1; 1 Thessalonians 4:13-18).
     

  • The security of the believer that has been truly born again (John 10:27-30; 1 John 5:12-13).
     

  • We steadfastly resist the contemporary movement of this modern era (Jeremiah 6:16; Proverbs 22:28).
     

  • We desire to continue in old fashioned preaching and teaching, with Spirit filled praying and hymn singing (Ephesians 5:18-19).
